Hello you!

We’re building the next-gen AI-powered teaching assistant for schools & universities. Join us and help shape the future of learning.

❓ What the hell is Brian?

Brian is a digital teaching assistant for schools and universities. The software allows teachers to instantly create an appealing, adaptive learning tool for the specific content of their courses. Content creation is powered by AI and takes only a few minutes per course unit.

The learning itself takes place on the smartphone or tablet, where learners are immersed in a personalized learning world that connects them socially and makes them active participants in the learning process. Brian creates more motivated, better-informed students. Analytics provide insight into learners' learning paths and knowledge levels, which helps teachers teach better.

Didactically, Brian is primarily used as an asynchronous learning and homework tool. It motivates students, adapts to their level of knowledge and supports them 24/7, without their needing access to teachers or tutors.

❓ Where do we stand?

At present, over 60 educational institutions in Switzerland and Germany actively use Brian’s b2b platform. We have recorded over 35 million student responses, received an NPS of 77, and recently won the ETH >>>Venture award in 2024 & Didacta Startup of the year 2025. We are a fast-growing, early-stage startup, have closed our first fundraising round, and are aspiring to become an internationally-renown tech & teaching company.

❓ Why do we need you?

The current team consists of 6 people. We have managed to create an exciting product and gain traction. Brian is now developing into a scale-up and needs support to build scalable software using Clojure.

That's why we're looking for an experienced Clojure developer to join our team.
