This indicates the name of your course. The name of the time frame will be placed before the course. E.g. SS2022 is the time frame and “Incoming Exchange Students” the Course Name. In the app it will look like this:
Students have the possibility to report questions in case they are wrong or contain mistakes. Their emails will be sent directly to the address you enter here.
If you do not want to give your students this option and want to disable this feature, simply remove the email.

A time frame defines when the course is active (e.g., a particular semester).
You can add a new time frame each term. This way, you re-active the course and the student cohorts using the course are kept separate.
In the example below, the course has already run 3 times, always in the fall semester.
