<aside> ☝🏼 To use Brian, you need to be invited by your teacher.

There are four ways to get an invitation:

  1. Via E-Mail
  2. Via Access Code
  3. Via Login Code
  4. Via Automatic Allocation

→ If you don’t know which method applies to you, please ask your teacher for help.

Via E-Mail

If your teachers decide to invite you to your course via e-mail, you will receive an e-mail from Brian ([email protected]). Check your spam folder since emails might get stuck there.

Via Access Code

Your teacher will share an access code with you. The code consists of 6 characters and will look something like this: fb3yife. If you receive such a code, simply log into Brian (⚠️ on your smartphone or tablet) using your e-mail address, then enter the access code to join your class.

To join a new course when you are already enrolled in other courses, go to the course overview and swipe left until you see a big “+ icon”. Enter the code here.

Via Login Code

A login code allows you to log in without an e-mail address. Your teacher will share a designated code with you. This will be your private code and allow you to access your account and courses. Make sure not to lose or share this code.

To log into Brian, simply enter the code in the login field.

Via Automatic Allocation

Some institutions work directly with Brian’s backend. If so, all of your courses will automatically appear in your Brian account. Simply use your institution’s email address when logging in.
